You combine commercial flair with strong organisational skills to ensure every rental dossier is managed flawlessly from start to finish.
You build lasting relationships with clients, think proactively and know how to identify opportunities in the market. Prospecting, onboarding, viewings, administration and follow-up are all part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Thanks to your structured approach and customer-focused mindset, you guide landlords and tenants throughout the entire rental process.

Your Responsibilities
Actively prospect rental properties and contribute to the growth of our rental portfolio.
Maintain daily contact with landlords and prospective tenants.
Schedule, organise and conduct property viewings.
Advise landlords on the rental of their properties.
Prepare and manage rental agreements and related documentation.
Register lease agreements and handle the administrative processing of rental files.
Organise and carry out move-ins and key handovers.
Coordinate utility transfers and other practical formalities.
Prepare and follow up on property condition reports (inventories/check-in reports).
Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved, from first contact through to move-in.
